How to delete and restore applications or websites

When you no longer require a website or application password, you could perhaps delete it. Here's a quick guide to walking you through the deletion process.

To delete a site/app password, follow the steps below:

Deleting the App In Medium View

Step 1:

Log in to your LogMeOnce account. Select Password Management from the options listed below the Dashboard option on the Dashboard page.

Step 2:

Various options appear under the Password Management section. Choose the first option, Password Manager. It stores all of your apps/website passwords.

Step 3:


After clicking on Password Manager, your Cloud will open, displaying all of your saved passwords from various applications. Place your cursor over the application password to be removed.


When you hover your cursor over your application icon, three dots will appear in the top right corner. When you click on those dots, you'll be presented with the following options. Select Delete.

Step 4: 
After you press the delete button, a pop-up box will appear to confirm the removal of the application password.

To finish the deletion process, click Yes.

 

Procedure for Deleting the app in Details View

Step 1:

Tap the medium icon, then select Details from the drop-down menu to begin viewing apps in detail.

Step 2:

In the details view, click the three dots next to your application icon in the top right corner and select Delete from the popup menu, as shown below.

Then, in the details view, click Yes to remove your application password and you are done with the deletion process.

 

Restoring Applications/website:

Step 1:

Log in to your LogMeOnce account. Select Password Management from the options listed below the Dashboard option and Select Password Manager on the Dashboard page. Various options appear under the Password Management section.

Step 2:

After clicking on Password Manager, your Cloud will open where all your saved passwords from numerous applications will be displayed.

You will see a bunch of options at the top just beside the add app button. Click on the Trash icon.

Note: This icon will only be displayed if there is any app/password deleted.

When you hover your cursor over your application icon, three dots will appear in the top right corner.

Step 3:

When you click on those dots, you'll be presented with the following options. Select Restore.

Your application will be restored and will be shown in your cloud.
