If our website causes issues when loading or doesn't show updated content, it's possible that it's because of the cache. Whenever you encounter an issue with our site the first diagnostic step is to clear your browser cache.

Google Chrome

  1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del]. Be sure you press all the keys at once.
  2. A new window opens: "Clear browsing data".
  3. Here you can select in the upper dropdown-menu, for which time period you want to delete the cache data. Please select "all time".
  4. Tick cookies and other sites option.
  5. Submit your selection by clicking the "Clear data" button.
  6. Reload your site.

Firefox

  1. Press following keys at once: [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del]. A Popup opens with the title "Clear All History".
  2. In the dropdown menu, you can define the time range you want to delete the cache. You have the following options: last hour, last two hours, last four hours, today, or all. Select "All/everything" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Under the history section, toggle the different possibilities to chose which data should be deleted. If you want to delete only the cache, then only mark the checkbox next to "Cache".
  4. With a click on the button "clear now" you delete the cache.
  5. Reload the site afterward.
