Troubleshooting Mac extension

Some users may experience an issue using the LogMeOnce Mac extension and may be seeing the download button asking them to install the extension again even after installing the extension on Mac.

This is a known issue and just need to follow few simple steps to resolve it.

1. Open your safari browser, then go to Preferences.

2. Under the extensions section, find the LogMeOnce extension.

3. Turn the extension off and then turn it on again.

4. If you are still facing the same issue, re-open your safari browser. Then, repeat step#3 again.

This should rectify the error and you should be all set to use the LogMeOnce Mac Extension.
