When you are signing in to your LogMeOnce account on a new device, you are required to verify your device or location. LogMeOnce will send an email to your registered email which should be approved.
If you have not received any email from LogMeOnce, another option to Approve your device is using Account Recovery.
Click on the Account Recovery option present just below the login button.
Enter your LogMeOnce email address. Click on Continue.
Select "send email with link" as a way of recovering your account, then click on Continue.
Check your inbox for the LogMeOnce account recovery email. If you have not received any email, click on click here and an email will be sent to you again
Once you have received the Account recovery email, open it. Then click on the Recover your account button.
You will be required to answer the question that you have set for account recovery. Type in your security answer. Click on continue.
Please select the account recovery option to trust your device and location. Proceed by clicking on Continue.
You will be prompted to the login page with the confirmation that your device and address have been trusted. Proceed to log in again.
