LogMeOnce provides not just one but three different options to recover your account. Once you have set up account recovery, you can use any option to recover your account. You can follow this link to view a detailed article on "How to set up account recovery":

This article will guide you on how to use the different recovery options once you have set them up.
Using Recovery Email
1. Click on the Account Recovery option present just below the Login button.
2. Enter your LogMeOnce email address or username, then click on Continue.
3. Select the email option as a way of recovering your account, then click on Continue.
4. You will receive a recovery email at your registered email address. Click on the Recover Account option.
5. Select the way in which you would like to recover your account then click on continue.
6. Answer your security question or enter your emergency recovery key, according to your selected option.
7. Select the option to reset your password. Click on Continue.
8. Enter your new password, then click on Save Changes.
8. Your account password will now have been changed. Please attempt to log in using your new password.
Using Recovery Phone Number
1. Click on the Account Recovery option present just below the Login button.
2. Enter your LogMeOnce email address or username, then click on Continue.
3. Select the SMS option as a way of recovering your account, then click on Continue.
4. You will be sent a code to your phone through an SMS. Please check it and enter the code to verify your phone.
5. Select the way in which you would like to recover your account then click on continue.
6. Answer your security question or enter your emergency recovery key, according to your selected option.
7. Select the option to reset your password. Click on Continue.
8. Enter your new password, then click on Save Changes.
8. Your account password will now have been changed. Please attempt to log in using your new password.
Using Emergency Recovery Key
1. Click on the Account Recovery option present just below the Login button.
2. Enter your LogMeOnce email address or username, then click on Continue.
3. Click on continue. This will send a link to your email address for account recovery.
3. Check your email. Click on the Recover your account button.
4. Please select the Recovery key option, then click on Continue.
5. Enter your recovery key then click on Continue.
6. Select the option to reset your password. Click on Continue.
7. Enter your new password, then click on Save Changes.
8. Your account password will now have been changed. Please attempt to log in using your new password.
