You may want to recover an application password or a secure note that you have deleted previously from your LogMeOnce account. To help you with the recovery process, here’s a brief guide that will walk you through it.
Note: This feature can be used by the users of Ultimate Edition.
Restoring Applications/Passwords
Follow the instructions below to recover a site/app password:
Step 1:
Log into your LogMeOnce account and go to Password Manager from the Smart Menu.
Step 2:
After clicking on Password Manager, your Cloud will open where all your saved passwords from numerous applications will be displayed.
You will see a bunch of options at the top just beside the add app button. Click on the Trash icon.
Note: This icon will only be displayed if there is any app/password deleted.
Step 3:
Move your cursor over the application password you wish to restore.
Three dots will appear on the top right corner of your application icon when you place your cursor over it. Click on those dots.
Click on Restore.
Your application will be restored and will be shown in your cloud.
Restoring Secure Notes
Follow the instructions below to recover a secure note:
Step 1:
Log into your LogMeOnce account and go to Secure Notes from the Smart Menu.
Step 2:
After clicking on Secure Notes, you will be directed to the next page where all your saved secure notes will be displayed.
You will see a bunch of options at the top just beside the add app button. Click on the Trash icon.
Note: This icon will only be displayed if there is any secure note deleted.
Step 3:
Here you will see all the secured notes that you have deleted in the past 30 days. Move your cursor over the secure note you wish to restore.
Three dots will appear on the top right corner of your secure note icon when you place your cursor over it. Click on those dots.
Click on Restore.
